Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please review the simple exchange policy below for more information. Items can be exchanged, or returned for store credit only within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Exchanges and Returns
- If you are not happy with your item please reach out via Instagram or Email within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please include your order number in your note to us.
- Items must be in the original condition as they were received. All items are inspected before shipping them out.
- The purchaser will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and a store credit will be issued. If you are local, you can also drop off the purchase to us in Mission, BC.
- We encourage you to include a tracking number with your shipment back as we cannot claim responsibility for any lost packages.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
