Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please review the simple exchange policy below for more information. Items can be exchanged, or returned for store credit only within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

 

Exchanges and Returns

  • If you are not happy with your item please reach out via Instagram or Email within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please include your order number in your note to us. 
  • Items must be in the original condition as they were received. All items are inspected before shipping them out. 
  • The purchaser will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and a store credit will be issued. If you are local, you can also drop off the purchase to us in Mission, BC. 
  • We encourage you to include a tracking number with your shipment back as we cannot claim responsibility for any lost packages. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

Holiday Return/Exchange Policy

Purchases made between November 1 - December 24 can be returned for store credit or exchanged up until January 31, 2025.
